Shan Lin Xi High Mountain Tea (#1014)

The mountain of Shan Lin Xi (Taiwan) is steep, imposing and highly exposed to the natural elements. Its wild character seems to be reflected in the Wulong tea produced in this region.

Cultivated at high altitude in the garden of Mr Nen Yu, this harvest offers an amazing roundness and complexity. Its aromas of ground cherry and wheat grass evolve towards a presence of fresh vanilla, pineapple and flowers.

Its creamy texture culminates in a slightly sweet coconut finish.
