Also known as White Tip Oolong Tea, Oriental Beauty Tea is one of Taiwan's most prominent teas. Only the leaves bitten by a special insect fed on the tea plant may be selected for the fermentation process. The tea has a fruity honey-like taste and is amber-coloured. Because of its beautiful and elegant appearance, it has been dubbed "Oriental Beauty Tea".
| Brewing Instructions: |
Hot: Add 3 grams to 1 cup of boiling water and allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Cold: Add 3 grams to 2 cup of cold water and allow it to steep for 2 hours. |
