Mao Feng Green Tea (#1012)

Huangshan Maofeng tea is a green tea produced in southeastern interior Anhui province of China. The tea is one of the most famous teas in China and can almost always be found on the China Famous Tea list. The tea is grown near Huangshan, which is home to many famous varieties of green tea.

Brewing Guide: 

Water:  125ml @ 70°C 
Tea:  3g (1 tbsp)
Brewing:  25 seconds, 2nd brew 20 sec 65°C, 4-5 brews
Infuser Material:  glassware or porcelain
Notes:  to prolong shelf life it's best to store this tea in the freezer
